2.3 Introductions

We facilitate introductions between investors and property sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller, and we accept no liability for the conduct of either party.

4. Fees

4.1 Sourcing Fees

We may charge a sourcing fee on property deals introduced through our network. The fee structure varies by deal and will always be disclosed to you in writing before you commit to proceed.

Typical fee arrangements include:

• Fee included in the purchase price (paid by seller)

4.2 Verification Fee

There is no fee to apply for verified buyer status. The application and verification process is free.

4.3 Payment Terms

4.4 Abortive Fees
